Black rubber face mask with hole at top surrounded by a metal collar with 5 hooks where tubing would be attached. Moulded to fit over the nose and mouth, with a valave at the nosre portion used to inflate the rubber sac at the bottom edge to provide a seal over the face. At the chin portion there is a stamp; reading 'Anti static, 5, BOC, P T .372625'.
