- Urinary bladder. Calculus from a From the retroprostatic pouch of an old man the subject of prostatic hyperplasia. Discomfort was only experienced on removal of the residual urine of which there was a considerable amount. The calculus is composed of calcium oxalate and urate of ammonium. From a central consolidation there radiate spinous processes of which the longest measures some 12 mm.
