- Specimen and Histological Glass Slide x1 A large multilobulated tumour arising from the scapula below the level of the spine. The lower part of the scapula has been destroyed by the tumour which has the appearances of a chondroma. Microscopic examination shows a chondroma, with closely approximated oval and rounded masses of cartilage. The cells are well separated by the chondromucinous substance and there are no mitotic figures or any other evidence of malignant growth.
