- Coloured engraving, published by Edward Orme 4th June 1810. After Plate VIII of a series in 'Human Passions Delineated' by John Collier (1708-1786). shows a patient sat on a chair, mouth open in anguish, as a dentist pulls on a string attachted to the patients tooth with his right hand. in his left hand he holds what appears to be an enlarged pair of forecepts holding a large moler that has been shaded in red to possibly appear bloodied. the dentist appears to be kneeling slightly lower than the patient, wearing a red tinted jacket. the patient has a bandaged wrapped around his head.
