Maddox type cheiroscope, used in training the eyes to correct a squint and restore normal binocular vision. Manufactured by C W Dixey & Son Ltd. Metal frame consisting of a card-holder to the side and binocular eyepiece with ivory divider on the top. Angled metal plate (mirror) leads from one eyepiece to slide holder.
