Photographic portrait of R J Mackenzie [1819 - 1854). Oval sepia print in Oval gold frame. The death of R J Mackenzie in the Crimean war created the vacancy in the Royal Infirmary to which Lord Lister was appointed. The sepia portrait is hinged into and oval gold frame with black picture mount, the backing has pencil annotation.
