- Gallbladder with a mulberry calculus impacted at the neck and causing a mucocoele. The gallbladder has been distended and opened to demonstrate the flattened mucosa and on section the thin wall. The serous surface was smooth and glistening. Note the presence of the mural cyst, which appears to be of congenital origin, in the gallbladder wall.
