- Metal mouth gag. Shear type handles, curved with diagonal curved grooves. A sliding locking mechanism moves down the handle shaft when the handles are brought together. The jaws curve upwards at the end, then have a right angled section that is cross hatched on the outer side (tooth plates), which are slightly offset. Slight sreas of rust on the handles.
