- Craincolast, steel instrument with ebony handles, used to crush and then extract the skill of a foetus which was obstructing the birth canal. On the inside of the left handle there is the manufactures inscription 'Botschan, London' and on the right handle is the stamp, 'Dr Davis Crantatomy forceps'.
