Specimen and Histological Glass Slide x8 An elongated tumour measuring some 11 x 4.5 cm. The tumour is smooth in outline and the cut surface demonstrates the presence of an area of central softening but the main bulk of the tumour is white and fleshy with little evidence of fasciculation. Histologically the tumour is a neurilemmoma.
