Glass manometer with mercury action by Hawksley, London, on a wooden backing. The case has the badge of Arch. Young & Son, Edinburgh. Missing the cuff etc. A sphygmomanometer is used to measure blood pressure, and would include an inflatable cuff to be placed around the arm.
