Stethoscope with spare headpiece. A doctors stethoscope with the older style of chest piece, that is domed rather than a flat piece that are used today. The spare ear piece and binaurel piece is the same. but the manufacturer is different, the spare has Med Supply London on it and the whole stethoscope has Billings Manchester stamped on it.
