- Wooden ebony handled forceps with guarded closed 'hook'. An old museum labels describes these obstetric forceps as a 'Guarded decapitation hook'. Presumably used in for destructive obstetric operations. The instrument makers mark is found on the inner of both handles 'BOTSCHAN' the address is given as Worship St.
