- Skin. A portion of facial, showing a carcinoma. From a male aged 53 who eighteen years previously was employed as a shale worker., The facial ulcer was of five years’ duration and occupied the nasolabial fold close to the left ala nasi. He had a similar but more recent affection of the scrotum. The ulcer is almost circular and measures 15 mm. in diameter. The margin is fairly regular and slightly raised above the surrounding level of the skin. The floor is excavated and rough and covered irregularly with a slight exudation. There are no granulations. The edges are not undermined.
