- Lithotomy Knife, one of a set of two of a similar design. The blade is a crescent shaped and the instrument has a dark wooden (Ebony?) elaborately shaped handle. The shaft is curved on one side and flat on the other. The instrument maker 'I. Read' has been inscribed onto the handle.
