- Fitted pocket sharkshin-covered case with catch and hinges typical of the late eighteenth century and a mirror inside the lid. Contains seven interchangeable instruments with a decorated steel socket handle. The helix was cut from the maker's own die. The embellishment suggests French origin. Green velvet fabric peels away to cover mirror. For removing salivary calculus and incicing the gingival tissue.
